Food Prep Service Agreements

Intimate Dining:

Your private chef will do their best to deliver the best culinary experience for you and your loved ones so that you will enjoy your event to the fullest. To ensure the best experience possible, clients must have a clean, fully functioning kitchen to cook and prepare meals. Clients shall provide chef with sufficient information regarding the culinary services and food preparation requested, including any special dietary needs, food allergies, or preferences. Must have plates and cutlery readily available for chef to plate (dining sets are available for rent). Chef will bring all necessary utensils and supplies for cooking. 

Event Booking:

Booking form must be completed. Chef will then contact you to get further details of the event and discuss pricing. Menu can be customized based on clients preferences. To reserve a date, the client shall pay a deposit agreed upon during consultation. 

Compensation; Reimbursement:

In compensation for the performance of the Services by Katy’s Cooking Tonight, LLP, the Client hereby agrees to pay Katy’s Cooking Tonight, LLP the agreed to fee less any negotiated discounts.

Cancellation:

In the event that Client breaches their obligations above, Soulfully Smooth shall be authorized to charge a Fee for the Services agreed upon, but for Client’s breach.  Additional fees may include cancellation fees, reimbursement(s) related to expenses incurred for services under this Agreement or change fees for rescheduling service(s) dates. Client shall provide Soulfully Smooth with at least [7] business days notice in the event of a need to cancel any appointment or other instance whereby Soulfully Smooth is supposed to provide the Services.
